DeliwiAI does not make decisions. Its task is to collect, analyze, and present information so that people using the service have up-to-date and accurate information to assist them in their work.

2. Respecting Data Origins

DeliwiAI is designed to harness data from an employer's existing Microsoft 365 environment, using both exported data with user permissions and data generated by the users themselves. We refine and analyze the existing data, optimizing it for talent discovery.

3. Empowering Employees

Employees have the autonomy to enhance DeliwiAI's understanding of their profiles. By granting voluntary permissions, employees can allow DeliwiAI to integrate additional data from external sources, such as LinkedIn.

4. Purposeful Data Collection

We prioritize relevance. DeliwiAI collects and stores data relevant to understanding an employee's work-related experiences, skills, talents, and interests.

5. Ensuring Data Exclusivity

The insights and data within DeliwiAI are for internal organizational use. External entities or individuals outside the employee's organization are barred from accessing this information.

6. Security at the Forefront

With data hosted and protected within the customers' own Microsoft 365 environment, DeliwiAI's data is as well-protected and secure as the rest of the customer's Microsoft ecosystem.

7. Controlled Visibility

Not all data is meant for everyone. We understand the nuances of workplace privacy. Therefore, colleagues don’t get a carte blanche access to employee data.

8. Data Accuracy and Autonomy

Individuals have the right and opportunity to correct data about themselves that they deem outdated or erroneous. They can also remove any information they believe to be irrelevant or overly personal.

9. Data Deletion Protocol

If an employee departs from the organization, all data related to that employee is removed from DeliwiAI, following the same principles as the deletion of employee data from the organization's M365 environment.
